Consider updates to default ClassifAI prompts

After stumbling across a 6-step prompt formula guide, I've been checking our default prompts and testing them with some alternates. I'm opening this issue to consider our various default prompts and whether any are worth iterating on for better default AI generations.

Default Title Generation Prompt

Write an SEO-friendly title for the following content that will encourage readers to clickthrough, staying within a range of 40 to 60 characters.

Default Excerpt Generation Prompt

Summarize the following message using a maximum of {{WORDS}} words. Ensure this summary pairs well with the following text: {{TITLE}}.

Default Content Resizing Condense Prompt

Decrease the content length no more than 2 to 4 sentences.

Summarize the given content by decreasing its length. Aim to retain key information while reducing the text length by no more than 2 to 4 sentences.

Default Content Resizing Expand Prompt

Increase the content length no more than 2 to 4 sentences.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I noted some initial, small iterative changes to the default prompts but likely worth a broader discussion of whether the more complex, involved prompts that something like the 6-step prompt formula recommends makes sense for ClassifAI or not is best to tackle before trying to generate new, improved default prompts?
