The `@wordpress/icons` dependency was introduced in https://github.com/10up/safe-svg/pull/80 but the standard icon was replaced with a custom icon in https://github.com/10up/safe-svg/pull/135. The need for the dependency will need to be re-evaluated and removed if no longer required.
