Edit sign-in button assets

The sign-in buttons we provide for integrators still say "Connect with MyUSA." Though research participants did not have much difficulty locating the button in tests, research also indicates that the word "connect" is less helpful to them than "sign in." Let's keep the basic button style, but change the wording.
