Document the BD use of hello@2i2c.org and FreshDesk

We noticed that all e-mails to hello@2i2c.org are going to a BD-focused FreshDesk queu. I couldn't find documentation about this in the compass. @colliand and @haroldcampbell can you help answer:

• Is BD still using hello@2i2c.org?
• What processes is it being used for?
• Is it using the FreshDesk queue?
• What processes manage this queue?
