Scroll bar

When there is a lot of text in the note, the scroller becomes incredibly small and hard to see (especially when it's white on an already light note). In general I feel the scroller is too thin and needs too much accuracy to click.

I'd like an option to toggle (turn off) scroll bar transparency (/ change the colour).

Also change the width / size of the scroller+scrollbar; whether toggle or permanent change.

Increased the min size of the scroll button so it doesn't become a dot: 887b9a1

Will look into other options as the Fluent theme scroll bars are pretty difficult to use.
