Inconsistent Date, Time Format

I think that the format of the date and time of the events in all the tiles should be consistent to provide a better UX.
Even though some tiles do not have a time, the uneven formatting which sometimes put the date in the front and other times the timing. Some tiles have a "Date:" or a "Time:" part while the others do not. It provides a bit of visual distraction in my opinion. Would love to hear what you think of it.

@Chaitanya-Raj, its a great idea! But someone has already come up with that problem of inconsistency in the date, time and location.
