Change for #93

I would like to suggest some changes

1. We can put an alert just after the navbar for recent information or important information
   By bootstrap
   just after navbar
   https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.4/components/alerts/

2. we can also add drop down on home and like about , contact and on events too based on their category or a side bar which shows the the above categories in vertical arrangement
   for drop down

3. The lower bar where community is written is big , i would suggest it to be thin.

4. I would to make space , it kinda looks chaotic with all the cards just filling the page , it can be more systematic and have more elements of information

Great @blackcrabb! These are really good suggestions. But something similar to your 4th point has already been mentioned. The others are great though :)
