Feat: Add dependencies for fedora distribution

What's wrong with the existing documentation

Currently Pictopy only supports windows and debian based distributions. Add dependencies which supports fedora too by changing setup.sh and manual installation guide.

@DhruvK278 Which new dependencies are you talking about when you say "Add dependencies for fedora distribution"? Please clarify since these additions can potentially bulk up the application.

Add dependencies as in mapping the current debian based dependencies with fedora, basically converting apt to dnf dependencies in setup.sh. These dependencies won't conflict with others as they are specially for fedora distribution as setup.sh automatically detects fedora or debian diestro and install dependencies according to them.
