[HTML Report] Adding prefix "BBR/SBBR" to SCT/FWTS test Summary.

This issue was raised by partners, as new partners may not know that the SCT sections are linked to the BBR specification. Could we add a prefix, similar to what the BBSR sections do, to give a clearer picture to end users? Same issue for FWTS section, too.

Hi @anncheng-arm,
Thanks for the suggestion — it’s a good one and should require only minimal changes on acs side. However, since the merged results JSON is consumed by some partners in their CI flow, I’d like to confirm their timelines for adopting the updated key name before we proceed with the change.
