Strategy Management System

Overview

The Strategy Management System provides a comprehensive interface for managing, editing, and monitoring trading strategies with integrated queue management for execution.

  • Automatic Queue Handling: When editing active strategies, the system automatically:
    1. Pauses strategy execution
    2. Applies configuration changes
    3. Resumes strategy in the queue
  • Zero Downtime Updates: Seamless strategy updates without losing queue position
  • Execution Status Tracking: Real-time visibility into strategy execution status

Usage Guide

Editing an Active Strategy

  1. Navigate to /strategy/{id}
  2. Click "Edit Strategy" button
  3. Make necessary changes to rules or configuration
  4. Click "Save Changes"
  5. System will automatically:
    • Show queue management dialog
    • Pause strategy execution
    • Apply updates
    • Resume execution

Testing Strategy Execution

  1. Click "Test Execute" button
  2. Strategy execution will be queued
  3. Monitor execution in "Logs" tab
  4. View results in real-time

Managing Strategy Status

  • Activate: Start strategy execution in queue
  • Pause: Temporarily stop execution (maintains queue position)
  • Deactivate: Stop and remove from queue
