Optimize filters by merging/integrate another userscript

Hello, been using for a while another userscript (3.5, the 4.0 is broken) that have different rate of blocking, sometimes even better rate then Adguard one, it is possible to have similar results?

For example, these two userscripts block pop-ups, but there is still an about:blank window that opens and closes quickly from both of them (a kind of ad-leftover). See:
