Implement ISOBUS SC hello message

If for any reason our TC crashes or doesn't start the user have no idea why we have no ISOBUS button...

I propose to create a hello message that is sent regularly. In return AOG could show ISOBUS button greyed out. (I.e we have TC but no implement is loaded)

Maybe the same could be used to highlight these TC conflicts I raised the other day? ISOBUS with an X over it?

you mean sending a message from AOG or AgIO?

Then we must have a "bool" (setting) in the implement configuration to say that the implement is ISOBUS?

Yes when AgIO is running AND ISOBUS TC server is running (i.e. it didn't crash for any reason...) we should have the ISOBUS button visible...

right now you can't know why it's not there:
Implement not plugged in
Address conflict
TC not running / or it crashed, etc
Implement timed out and doesn't come back

Obviously the last 2 is a bug that we should fix.

Or we should just make the ISOBUS appear as a dedicated button in AgIO?
