Video screen get stuck

1)Web To Web Video calling =>when i turn off the camera then the video screen get hide that is ok with me but
2)Mobile to Web video calling =>when i turn off the camera from mobile then video screen on web get stuck like pause

how about remove the video container dom after receiving stream-removed or peer-leave events?
