Video streaming audio not playing correctly #24

Hello, I'm using this same code in my system to implement the video call, but every time I start the call, my audio doesn't play on the other end of the line, and for this to work correctly I need to refresh the page where the call is being played so that my audio can be transmitted normally, could you please help me? Thanks in advance!
