Merge fork main-sync (8409634) into 15-min forecast branch

Keep the clean 15-minute optimizer + native-15min-Tibber tree; the incoming
commits are main dependency bumps that are irrelevant against the codex base.
This makes the branch a fast-forward over the existing PR #1124 head.
