Unable to open after launching

I followed the instructions exactly but getting this error.

The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version:

MyProject
ComfyTextures

Would you like to rebuild them now?

I tried 3 different versions of UE 5.3, 5.4, 5.5
I also tried reinstalling VS2022 with the exact settings from the tutorial.

Any Ideas?
