[Bug]: Yellorite Ore being generated in the overworld

What happened?

Yellorite Ore spawns in the overworld, it should've been unified to uranium according to #1181. It drops Raw Yellorium from Extreme Reactors, which can only be smelted into AllTheOres Uranium Ingots instead of having the typical ore processing chains. This is a brand new world which was generated on pack version 2.41 with default world settings.

It's used in ER as a crafting ingredient and fuel, but ATO uranium also has the yellorium tag so they're interchangeable. This ore shouldn't spawn, it's essentially a duplicate of uranium
