What happened?

Updated Server from 2.41 to 2.47

Console will spam the following error periodically;

I can see between versions Artifacts has been updated.

This is an issue with the Artifacts mod and the way they are doing registration. You should open a bug on their side.

Update: Artifacts dev have advised this bug is fixed;
