Improve information for when user doesn't have access to resource #533

Description

A user that is getting 403 from Storage when trying to open an archived instance through receipt is getting a blank window. See image:

It's easy to recreate. Lazy way:

  1. Log in as any user and create an instance of any app. Fill out the form and send in.
  2. Through the messagebos, open the archived instance.
  3. Copy the browser URL
  4. Log out and log in again as any (almost) user. Just not the previous one. You'll probably hit a user without access to the created instance.
  5. Try to open the stored URL as the new user.

The goal of this issue should be to provide a better user experience. It needs to be more obvious that the user is missing the necessary rights to access the instance.

Additional Information

I don't think this is a common issue. People usually don't keep deep links to the receipt, but will look for the instance under archived instances in the messagebox.
