windows environment compatibility

The run bash script is not currently compatible with a basic windows configuration, not even with Git bash.
It always need WSL or a Linux VM so to have the same host OS as in the containers.

Ideally a student who wants to use just windows on the host without WSL, shoud be able to startup dalia just having the right Sicstus Prolog installer for Linux.

DALIA Windows Platform Compatibility Issue

Problem Description

DALIA system fails to initialize properly when running on Windows platform, even through Docker Desktop. All SICStus processes terminate during startup due to port communication failures.

Expected Behavior

DALIA should successfully initialize all components and establish proper inter-process communication when running in Docker environment, regardless of host operating system.

Actual Behavior

All SICStus processes fail consecutively with "unreadable" port errors, rendering the system unusable on Windows hosts.

Environment

• Host OS: Windows 11
• Docker: Docker Desktop with WSL2 backend
• DALIA Version: Latest development branch
• Architecture: x86_64

The file not found is in the directory "..\docker\installed_sicstus\project\sicstus\libsprt4-6-0.so"

@giodegas @MattiaLupinetti02 I think that as of right now Windows can be considered completely unsupported, as straight forward workarounds do not actually work. Windows support needs to be evaluated for a future release, which I will work on after February, therefore any project that need to run DALI on Windows is advised not to use dalia at the moment.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
