app is slow and team searches don't appear available

Hi all,

Really appreciate this app, It's amazing. It's been pretty slow for me for a while now and very fast to gray out. That said, if I'm diligent and focused I've been able to get the data. Now it appears that I can't so figured I'd ping this illustrious team!
