DEFINITIONS

"Software" refers to AutoGPS by Bonn, including the compiled APK file,
associated assets, documentation, and any updates or patches provided
by the author.

"Author" refers to Andrea Bonacci (AndreaBonn).

"User" refers to any individual who downloads or uses the Software.

GRANT OF LICENSE

The Author grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to:

  1. Download the compiled APK file from the official repository.
  2. Install and use the Software on personal Android devices.

RESTRICTIONS

The User may NOT:

  1. Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer
     the Software or any copy thereof to any third party.
  2. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble,
     or create derivative works based on the Software.
  3. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or
     other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
  4. Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written
     consent from the Author.
  5. Host, mirror, or republish the APK file on any platform, website,
     or distribution channel other than the official repository.

SOURCE CODE

The source code of the Software is proprietary and confidential.
Any source code, snippets, or technical documentation made available
in this repository are provided for informational purposes only and
do not grant any rights to use, copy, modify, or distribute the
source code.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software, including its design, architecture, algorithms, user
interface, and all associated intellectual property, remains the
exclusive property of the Author.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

THE AUTHOR MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE,

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SOFTWARE INTERACTS WITH DEVICE SETTINGS
(INCLUDING GPS AND BLUETOOTH) AND ASSUMES ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH
SUCH INTERACTIONS.

TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. The Author may terminate
this license at any time without notice if the User breaches any term
of this agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease
all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.

GOVERNING LAW

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Italian Republic, without regard to its conflict of
law provisions.
