chore(amebaz2): bump version 1.3.20 -> 1.3.21 for the shared-driver #12 change

The #12 checksum-observe helper + mismatch counter live in the SHARED RS-485 driver (firmware/src/rs485-driver), so they ship in the AmebaZ2 image too (node 14), observe-only. CI requires firmware/src code changes to bump the AmebaZ2 softwareVersion; the ESP32 bump (1.1.6) alone did not cover it. Assisted-by: AI
