Does not correctly detect Intel Arc Pro B70 properties

Description

It appears to not correctly determine the RAM and BW of an Arc Pro B70

And as such it is suggesting pretty large models that do not run well on this hardware:

Models quant Q8 are too much RAM consuming for the system.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Interl Arc Pro B70 on Windows
2. run whichllm

Specifically simulating an Arc Pro B70:

Thanks. This is useful, and it points to two separate problems.

The first one is the GPU catalog path: --gpu "Arc Pro B70" is still unknown, so whichllm cannot simulate that card yet.

The second one is the Linux detection path. Your Arc Pro B70 is coming through as Battlemage G31 [Intel Graphics] with shared memory and no bandwidth, so whichllm treats it too much like an integrated GPU.

I will use this issue to track both fixes: add Arc Pro B70/Battlemage G31 aliases, and make the detected Intel Arc Pro B70 properties usable for ranking instead of falling back to shared-memory behavior.

If you can share the exact output of this too, it would help me make the Linux match safer:
