Basic steps to get all components running via docker

Hi,

I notice that @Dahlgren have made some basic changes to getting frontend and API backend running in docker. I was wondering if you could outline quickly how they all come together?
Doesn't have to be anything special, just a text list it fine.

Any assistance, would be greatly appreciated!

I'll see if I can create a diagram of how all our components fits together but I'll be away for a couple of days
