Please add a notice about AI usage to the README

Hello,

I think it would be helpful, (especially in this age of so much AI slop "vibe coding"), to add a notice about any usage of, reliance upon, or code generated by AI to the main README in the repository. Being transparent about such assistance, even if it is just to generate documentation, helps foster trust.
