## Commercial License Agreement

This SCRIBE Resonance AI System (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") is proprietary commercial software owned and developed by Robert Trenaman operating as Software Customs (Auto Bot Solution).

### License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Software Customs (Auto Bot Solution) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SCRIBE Resonance AI System for commercial purposes.

### Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to:
- Source code and compiled binaries
- Documentation and technical specifications
- Algorithms and signal processing techniques
- System architecture and design patterns
- Audio processing and resonance analysis methods
- AI interpretation and machine learning models
- User interfaces and user experience designs
- Trade secrets and proprietary methodologies
- Brand names, trademarks, and service marks

are the exclusive property of Robert Trenaman and Software Customs (Auto Bot Solution).

### Commercial Usage Rights

#### Permitted Commercial Uses
- Use of the Software for commercial business operations
- Integration with commercial products and services
- Modification and customization for internal business use
- Deployment in commercial environments and production systems
- Use in client-facing applications and services
- Distribution of applications that incorporate the Software

#### Commercial Restrictions
- Redistribution of the Software as a standalone product
- Sale or license of the Software to third parties
- Removal or modification of copyright notices and license information
- Use of the Software to create competing products or services
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the Software
- Use of the Software outside the scope of this commercial license

### Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Robert Trenaman or Software Customs (Auto Bot Solution) be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

### Commercial License Violations

Any violation of this commercial license agreement may result in:
- Immediate termination of all usage rights
- Legal action to protect intellectual property rights
- Claims for damages, including actual damages and statutory damages
- Claims for attorney fees and court costs
- Injunctive relief to prevent further violations

### Third-Party Components

The Software may incorporate third-party components that are subject to their own license terms. Such components are used in accordance with their respective licenses, which may include additional obligations for commercial users.
