Please don't auto-add USD toolbar button

After installing the USD plugin, a "Duplicate as USD Data" button is automatically added to the 3ds Max toolbar. This is unexpected behavior for users who don't use USD workflows. Please consider making this opt-in, or provide an option during installation to skip adding toolbar buttons.

@vsdfd706: as a temporary solution, if you aren't using any USD workflows, you can simply uninstall the 3ds Max USD plugin that you have installed on your machine(s) and that should remove that option. Since 3ds Max 2026, we started bundling the 3ds Max USD plugin in the main installer, which is probably the reason you have it installed.
