when trying to load .tif files its getting this issue but in maya data already this data is there, any solutions for this.

The team is investigating this but they seem to think there may be something amiss with your installation. Do you happen to have custom paths to USD or Python on your system? I think we will need to know a little bit more about your system and setup.
