[Bug]: VS Code status bar has 2 long messages that don't go away until a xaml file is opened

Describe the bug

Whenever I open VS Code with the Avalonia plugin, there are 2 messages from the Avalonia plugin on the status bar that stay there until I open an axaml file.

Avalonia: reloading workspace and Avalonia: loading workspace: Reloading workspace...

This is really annoying, because its most of my status bar, and much of the time I'm working on code behind, not the actual UI.

To Reproduce

Open any project with the VS Code extension (It repros with just a stock avalonia desktop project).

Yes, the next release of the extension is scheduled for the week after Avalonia 12.1 is released. Not long now...
