Add Broadcasts to Streamers

Hi there @Vaalyn

It would be nice if you could allow broadcasts to be accesible via the StreamerDto.

This could be the likes of,

• Start Time
• End Time
• Get Recording File
• Delete Recording File
• Possibly some Listener Statistics

Or even return the /station/{id}/streamer/{id}/broadcasts from StreamerDto
