[New Experiment-Consumption]: Draft version workflow execution fails and displays an internal server error.

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a consumption logic app.
2. Open designer
3. Use new experiment designer.
4. Add an HTTP request trigger
5. Add some actions of your choice
6. Run the workflow from draft version

Expected: Run should get successful without any errors in draft version
Actual: Run the workflow in draft mode—either before or after publishing—we encounter this error "Encountered internal server error.". When switching from draft mode to the published version, the run history blade displays draft runs under the published version. If we revert back to draft mode, the draft runs appear correctly in the draft pane’s run history blade. This seems to be an instant update issue with the run history blade when accessed for the first time.
