Make federatedTargets.managedIdentityClientId optional #1073
Description
Modify https://github.com/Azure/adx-mon/blob/main/api/v1/adxcluster_types.go such that federatedTargets.managedIdentityClientId becomes optional. Be sure to run make generate-crd CMD=update after modifying the Go CRD definition to generate the associated yaml, do not try to manually update the CRD yamls.
