I have downgraded Python to 3.7, but it is not possible to install TensorFlow 2.6, and still the error is there.

I could handle it by downgrading the Keras version! Now the training is working. Now in the prediction file, I encounter:

Regarding the error:
The ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'read_dataset' occurs because Python isn't able to locate the read_dataset.py file. When running the model, please make sure you're executing it from inside the folder where main.py is located.

If you're running it from a different directory, you can modify the script by adding:
