On computers running multiple projects simultaneously it is impossible to run a specific venue assigned to a project without having its configuration affect other projects on that computer. Global disk space/cache sizes and memory limits the main case in point. The venue needs to be able to be assigned to the project itself and not to the computer ID as presently is the case.
