[BUG] Filters aren't deleted

Describe the bug

Deleting all filters doesn't work on filter panel. Once a new filter is selected, all previously selected filters appear again and clutter the screen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload data
2. Apply filters.
3. Remove all filters.
4. Select new filters.

Expected behavior

Deleting filters should reset the list of filters for good.

I still get permanent filters on Posit Connect:

Duplicated id for the divs, e.g., "filter_FALL - NARROW"

I can't replicate with demo data. Maybe it's due to whitespaces in the variable names.
