QuPath supports [images as annotations](https://qupath.readthedocs.io/en/stable/docs/advanced/exporting_annotations.html#binary-labeled-images), in contrast to vertex-based annotations (shapes from geojson, etc.). It would be desirable that paquo supports this to ease the addition of segmentations masks to the images in a project.
