`RateLimitDisplay` component is not integrated with the `useRateLimitStore`

The rate limit display component exists but may not subscribe to the useRateLimitStore. Connect it so that when a 429 response is received, the component shows: (a) a countdown timer with remaining seconds, (b) which endpoint was rate-limited, (c) the rate limit policy (max requests per window). The countdown should use the tick function from the store.
