Sulfur (not sulPhur) doesn't have a proper name

Describe the bug
Sulfur (not sulPhur) doesn't have a proper name. Instead, a placeholder name (tile.sulfur.name) is used.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Obtain Sulfur (tile.sulfur.name)
2. See the name in the inventory

Expected behavior
Sulfur has its own proper name

Already know. The 7.4 nether blocks are largely unfinished.

Can you add an proper name for Sulfur? This is the only bug in the new nether blocks I found.
