TeraAgent source availability

Hi all,

I’ve been working with BioDynaMo and need MPI support plus in-situ ParaView for what I’m building. The TeraAgent paper describes exactly what I need, but the code isn’t public anywhere I can find.

A few questions:

1. Is there a timeline for merging TeraAgent into the public BioDynaMo repo?

2. If not, are there plans to release the source separately?

3. If I implement MPI support against the public codebase using the paper as reference, would that conflict with work already in progress?

I plan to move forward regardless, but would prefer to coordinate rather than duplicate effort.

Hi, Thanks for your message. BioDynaMo and TeraAgent are different projects. We are unable to advise on any matters related to TeraAgent. As for your question, I'd suggest you contact directly people associated with TeraAgent.
