Get Preview docs to build

The workflow https://github.com/BioJulia/BioJuliaDocs/blob/main/.github/workflows/pr_comment.yml seems to run, but I think a change is needed in the deployment workflow

This issue can be closed. We discovered that the problem was DocumenterVitepress was not being called in the deploydocs function in make.jl.

I think this is a separate issue - this is for making a preview build in pull requests so that we can observe the remote build before merging. Or is that working now and I didn't realize?

Interesting how the preview is working for BioTutorials. It is not a Vitepress issue, it seems. There should be a way to fix this!
