Afternoon!
Just had a quick question, am fairly new to TCGA. When I went to create a heatmap from a SE and results file, after inputting all of my choices, I receive the error message:
"error in evaluating the argument 'object' in selecting a method for function 'draw': error in evaluating the argument 'X' in selecting a method for function 'apply': error in evaluating the argument 'x' in selecting a method for function 'grepl': undefined columns selected".
Not sure if it is something I am doing wrong or the program! Thanks!
