Lands Role Flag "Barrel Access" missing since v3.5.0

As of version 3.5.0, the "Barrel Access" role flag in Lands no longer appears in the available flags list.
I believe it may have been broken in commit 41f08b0

If someone takes this on, they can check #107 and add the name and description to e.g. the language files.
