StaticProxy vs Ionad

Hello, I'm considering using StaticProxy in a project, and I'm trying to understand how does it compare to Ionad.

What are the differences between them? Is there a reason to prefer one over the other in certain scenarios?

What's your specific use case?

I'd not recommend using StaticProxy.Fody, I haven't updated it quite some time and I haven't been using it for a long time.
