Improve confirmation page

Can we improve the confirmation page? Rather than just mentioning that we have stored the cookies, I think this form is a useful self-check guide based on the severity of the symptoms, temperature and etc.

May be we can grade the severity and provide advise based on the form submission? Such as local ambulance number, steps to take to admit to the hospital, consult a GP, monitor for 3 days things like that.

The confirmation page could be improved. But giving medical advice is probably a nono! This is considering legal implications. Especially as it differs between countries a lot.
