run jobby if mode=slurm

Description of feature

job status subcommand to run run_jobby_on_nextflow_log .nextflog.log

possible usage:

tool_name jobstatus --output /my/project/dir

no longer needed now that jobby is refactored with ccbr_tools v0.4

but we should still run jobby in the slurm script, or in the onComplete handler
