Bug: A user with no role has an error instead of the menu

Expected Behavior

The user should be able to see the main menu with disabled links (and no direct access if using urls) when they first connect

Current Behavior

The user sees an error instead of the menu when they don't have any rights

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask a new user to connect

The error actually happens for users who already have a role when they connect. Same as described in the issue, it's solved by refreshing the page
