gw-wl-below-surface missing from SWH in L2 data release

The v2-1 data release does not include the gw-wl-below-surface derived variable for any of the SWH sites (at least in the data I can see on Google Drive). I'm not sure if this is a known issue but I didn't find it in other Github issues.

1. The Google Drive has some goofy behavior sometimes; please confirm it's missing in the ESS-DIVE version here: https://data.ess-dive.lbl.gov/view/doi%3A10.15485%2F3013567
2. Is this a result of SWH W variables missing winter 2025 data #460 ?

Confirmed with ESS-Dive files for SWH. I looked in the metadata files and they include gw-wl-below-surface in the Variable definitions list but it does not appear in the "Files in this folder" list.

And this is in all three years (2023, 2024, 2025) and all zones while that other issue sounds specific to 2025 and W zone.
