Compare Sipper vs. Lysimeter Sample Data from 2022

@zoeread when there is time, it will be great to analyze if there are significant differences or not between analytes collected with sippers in 2022 as compared to lysimeters. If there are not then I think we can combine the datasets, but we should check. I believe there are samples either in 2023 May or similar timeline that have both sipper and lysimeter samples from all sites in the wetlands.

I started looking into this for the Dionex data. Is the only overlap between the Sip and Lys samples the GCW WC for 202206, 202207, and 202208? It looks like we don't have Lys samples from any other WC Zone and Sip samples only from WC Zones. It also looks like we only have one Lys GCW WC sample for each depth (LysA) but all 3 Sipper samples (SipA-C).

I need to check if this is the case for other analytes or if we are just missing some Dionex data.

This is correct, the dataset will be very small.
Let's make a Sipper folder under porewater and put a markdown in there that pulls the sipper and lysimeter data from the same depths and sampling times then compares them for the different analytes (not high priority).
