Check if `javax.xml.bind/jaxb-api` is required anymore

Seems like the dependency was introduced in the commit 7a256b4

The library has since been relocated to https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/jakarta.xml.bind/jakarta.xml.bind-api and it's been upgraded by a couple of major versions

Check if the issue mentioned in the commit message has been resolved since and if the dependency could be removed, or if not, consider using the relocated source to be able to receive updates
